NAWMBA Seattle was first founded in 1978 and Seattle 2011, our mission is to build more leadership pathways and opportunities for women and minorities. NAWMBA Seattle is a 501 (c) (3) education focused organization with recognitions and entirely run by volunteers.
COVID-19 and recession have driven millions of women and men out of the workforce. Over 3 million women, specially those of color - have dropped out of the labor force.

Help Our Community Program
Older adults in the US have been hit the hardest by the COVID pandemic but they are somehow being forgotten. NAWMBA Seattle’s Community Program includes PPE drive for seniors and frontline workers, Farmers to Families - food delivery to needy people, Santa’s helpers at Hopelink, and Christmas music events for nursing homes.
This year, our goal is to raise $5,000 for the upcoming holidays to help needy people in the Greater Seattle area.
